Harvest

We start by harvesting the fresh fruit straight from our orchards.

Wash n’ Squash

The fruit is then washed, milled and squashed.

Ferment

We now have tasty fruit juice that is then added to our tanks with champagne yeast where fermentation begins.

Bottle

Once fermentation is complete, our fresh, crisp alcoholic cider is bottled and kegged and ready to hit your lips.
